The web site www.mediprint.gr was created by Mediprint, [G. KLADAKIS & Co. Ltd.] (hereinafter the Company), which is based in Athens, 2, Moraiti street, with Tax Identification Number 997951049, Registration Number 069689903000, and is its intellectual property in accordance with Law 2121/1993 “On Intellectual Property”, as amended and in force today, and the international conventions signed by Greece. The Company retains exclusive intellectual property rights on the design and any content of the web site, with the exception of any material added by its users. Any violation of these company rights in any way draws the responsibilities and penalties prescribed by law.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use. The user is responsible to be aware of any modifications. The Company reserves the right to take any necessary action, including the deletion of any user’s account without prior notice.

1.1 Through www.mediprint.gr, you have the opportunity to receive the following indicative services:

  • Information on our services on medical translations, second-opinion services and, in particular, on possibility of review – second opinion for patients with complex health problems or medical incidents where there is uncertainty about the diagnosis, deterioration of the patient’s health and in case of rare diseases, on the procedure to be followed for patients with complex health problems and medical cases that are not treated in Greece, on patients wishing to go to hospitals abroad for proper hospitalization / treatment, and on the process of creating copies of medical examinations and digitization.

2.1 Websites or third parties may provide links to other sites. The Company does not control the availability, content, privacy policy, nor does it guarantee good performance in the provision of services or sale of products, the accuracy of any information, the quality of any services or products offered or, in general, the legal or moral behaviour of third parties, to the sites of whom links may lead. 

2.2 The Company is not liable for the content, advertising, products or other material made available by such sites. Therefore, for any problem encountered during their visit / use, the user must contact directly the respective web sites and pages, which are in full responsibility for the provision of their services. The Company shall under no circumstances be deemed to embrace or accept the content or services of the sites and pages to which it leads or with which it is linked in any other way.

3. TRADE MARKS AND RIGHTS OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The user may download the information intentionally made available for downloading through the services for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that he/she does not violate any intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights by which the above information is protected.

6.1 These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and any amendments thereto, are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law, European Union law and relevant international treaties. If any provision is declared invalid or void, it shall automatically cease to be valid, without in any case prejudicing the validity of the other terms. Acceptance of these Terms implies acceptance of the jurisdiction of Greek courts. All the above terms are essential. If any of the terms is inconsistent with the law, it becomes inactive without affecting the validity of other Terms.
