In Mediprint (hereinafter the “Company”), we are interested in the protection of your personal data and we want to be open and transparent about how they are processed. For this reason, we have created this Privacy Policy in which we explain how we process and protect your personal data. Personal data, i.e. data voluntarily disclosed by the user anywhere on our site, are intended only to ensure the operation of the services provided and the legality of the relevant transactions and may not be used by any third party without complying with provisions of Law. No. 2472/97, Data Protection Directive (95/46/EC), e-Privacy directive (2002/58/EC, amended by 2009/136/EC), as currently in force with regard to the protection against the processing of personal data.

This Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use. At the beginning of this, appears the latest Policy update. The Company manages the personal data of its users in accordance with national, Community and international law on the protection of individuals from the processing of personal data. The Company makes every reasonable effort to safeguard the personal data of its users, while strictly enforcing security measures. As a Subject of the data you provide to us, you may at any time exercise the rights provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, including the right to information and access, correction, deletion (right to oblivion), limitation of processing, portability and the right to objection to processing, using the appropriate forms. These rights are exercised by free e-mail to the Data Processing Manager at info@Mediprint.gr, unless repeated often and having administrative costs for us, in which case you have to bear the related costs. If you exercise any of your rights, we shall take all reasonable steps to satisfy your request within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request, after informing you either of its satisfaction or of the reasons preventing its satisfaction. Also, you always have the right to contact the Data Protection Authority, which may also accept complaints either in writing at its helpdesk (1-3, Kifissias Ave., P. C. 115 23, Athens) or electronically (www.dpa.gr).
3. COLLECTION AND USE OF DATA
3.1 The Company uses the data it collects for legitimate and legal purposes related to the fulfilment of its legitimate interests and does not transfer, sell, assign or exchange it with any third party outside the Company. In addition, it takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the processing of Personal Data is reliable, accurate and complete.
3.2 In the event that the users of the website voluntarily provide their personal data (e.g. name, address, telephone number or e-mail address), the Company may collect it in a file and process it for the following purpose.
3.3 The purpose of the processing is communication, with the consent of the bearers of personal data, aimed to provide information to interested parties on medical translations, second opinion services, hospital treatment abroad, the process to create copies of medical examinations and digitalisation, sending electronic newsletters or informative material, which has promotional purposes and promotes the company ‘s services to the interested parties.

For how long do we store your personal information?
We shall retain your personal data for direct marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent or object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
3.7 Electronic Newsletters
Once the user has completed the relevant field and has consented to receive information and / or promotional material for advertising purposes, the e-mail address you provide us will be promoted to MailChimp, service and marketing provider through e-mail. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to info@Mediprint.gr and the right to object to the use of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing or to the receipt of our electronic newsletters. In each newsletter you receive, you also have the option to unsubscribe through a relevant link at the end of the e-mail. Your e-mail address will remain in the above databases until you explicitly request to be removed. You can do this by using the deletion links contained in any e-mail newsletters we send you or requesting removal via e-mail. When requesting removal via e-mail, please send us your e-mail using the e-mail account registered in the mailing list.
If you have given us your explicit consent to use your personal data for advertising or informative purposes, we shall use your data for this purpose until you withdraw your consent.
If your e-mail address remains in our database, then you will periodically receive e-mail newsletters from us.
4. TRANSFER AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1 The Company undertakes not to sell, rent or otherwise publish and/or disclose the personal data of the users of the website to any third party.
4.2 The Company may only pass its users’ personal data to third legal and/or natural persons if (not all of the terms apply at the same time):

5. INFORMATION FOLLOW-UP
5.1 Information we automatically receive when you visit our website We may collect behavioural tracking data from the website, such as how you use it, what pages a user visits, how long he/she stays on the site, how many pages he/she visits, through which websites he/she has reached our corporate website. This data may be stored in third-party services such as Google Analytics for the purpose of improving the advertising actions made by the company. This data does not identify users and is retained for up to two ( 2 ) years. When you visit the Web site, the web browser sends data to our servers. This information may include the following:

- the referral URL address (i.e., the site from which the user has originated),
- the pages you have visited on our site,
- information about the device you are using and your web browser (type of web browser and version, operating system, etc.).
5.2 When using the website data is collected and stored in log files of our server, such as IP address of the user, his/her browser, operating system, date and time of each call to our server and other similar elements. This data cannot identify the user, but it is necessary to monitor the smooth operation of our servers and protect the site. Then, and if we have received your consent as per above, we may provide this information to advertisers and other affiliates, to improve our services or to provide other collateral services. None of these elements can be linked to the identity or other Personal Data of individual users. We allow third parties to display ads and/or collect certain anonymous information when you visit the site. 5.3 Third party applications / Google Analytics (Google Inc.)
For advertising purposes, traffic data is provided to third-party services, such as the Google platform and Facebook, for displaying promotional messages. This data is kept for up to 2 years. (“Google”) and uses the data collected to monitor and review the use of this application, prepare reports about its activities, and share it with other Google services. 5.4 Social media
Our website allows you (by plug-ins) to log in to your existing account on various social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+, etc.). If you choose to interact with a social media (for example when creating/logging in to your account on the website), then your activity on the website will also be available to the social media you have chosen to use (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
If you are logged in to a social media when visiting our website, then the social media will be able to add this information to your corresponding profile. If you are using a social plug-in, then this information will be transferred to the corresponding social media. If you do not want to make such a transfer, please disconnect from the relevant social media before connecting to the website.
